address sequencing service - A USPS service whereby address cards are sequenced in order of delivery for city routes, rural routes, highway contract routes, and post office box sections. For a qualifying mailer, address cards with either blank cards added (for missing addresses) or cards containing missing and new addresses may be added. (Compare withmailing list service)
